- Designed to draw new sales leads, generate phone calls and e-mail. The original pre-2001 site
typically drew only 3 or 4 visitors per week. Dolphin Ad Design upgraded
the site and optimized the web pages for good search engine placement in 2001. The
site then (6/01) began to draw an average of about 200 visitors per day and generated about 2 to 4 phone calls per day and about 2 to 8 emails per day. Redesigned in 2003 with minor cosmetic changes and several new placement techniques the site is averaging over 250 visitors per day and the numbers are climbing (8/05).
- Re-Designed to be easy to update via the use of templates new trucks beds are a quick addition. Plus simple images ID's were added to facilitate phone conversations.
- The 3W web site continues to be integrated with their office. Requests sent using the web site's forms or email sent using special addresses listed on the site, the office systems automatically recognize the incoming e-mail as a prospect and sends an
immediate follow up and thank you. The office system then
flags the request for staff's immediate attention. If for some reason the request is not handled within 24 hours,
the system pops up a reminder.
